Matthew E. O'Neil (born March 7, 1976) is the narrator of the 2021 Youtube movie MTK Global On Everipedia. He has worked in Information Technology, business, and as a writer, author, and journalist. O'Neil served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces from 1996 to 2000, serving as a 3C051 Communications-Computer Systems Operator in U.S. Air Force Space Command. O'Neil killed a terrorist on active duty U.S.Air Force and was cleared. It is in the Amazon audiobook To Kill A Terrorist In Self Defense:The Matthew E. O'Neil Story.
